About Whiskey Wildflower
Hi, I’m Chrissy — the woman behind Whiskey Wildflower Boutique.
For those of you I haven’t had the chance to meet yet, I’m a wife, a mom to two grown children, and very proudly Mimi to four little girls who have my whole heart.
I spent most of my life in what used to be a small town in Central Florida, and some of my earliest memories are from my grandparents’ convenience store. I grew up there in many ways, and I think watching my grandparents run that little store planted a seed in me long before I ever realized it.
My grandma was one of the most important women in my life. She was tough, sassy, strong-willed and every bit a lady. She taught me that a woman could take pride in how she carried herself, stand her ground, work hard, run a business and never be afraid to know her worth. She showed me that being feminine and being strong were never mutually exclusive.
I didn’t know it then, but so much of the woman I became was shaped by watching her.
Maybe that’s part of why opening this little store means more to me than simply opening a boutique. 🤎
Family is a huge part of who I am. Both of my children served our country in the military, something that makes this mama incredibly proud and has given me a very personal appreciation for the men and women who serve.
And now, as a Mimi to four little girls, I find myself thinking about my grandma even more. I hope someday my granddaughters look back at me and remember a woman who taught them some of the same things she taught me — to work hard, know their worth, be strong when they need to be, and never think they have to choose between being feminine and being fierce.
Over the years, the small town I grew up in changed and grew until I realized how much I missed the quiet, slower way of life I remembered. Moving to Suwannee County gave that back to me — the peace, the open spaces, the small-town feel and the sense of community. It feels like home.
And when I say I’m a country girl, I mean it. 😂 At home you’ll find 2 adorable miniature Highland cows, 3 horses, 4 dogs, 7 cats and — at last count — 64 chickens. Saying I love animals might be an understatement.
When I’m not working, I love cooking and baking from scratch, gardening, reading, hosting big family get-togethers and sitting down for a good game of poker. I’m just as comfortable getting dirty outside as I am getting dressed up and putting on a pair of heels. Cowboy boots and heels have both had a permanent place in my closet for as long as I can remember.
For the past 15 years, most people have known me through real estate. I’m a Florida real estate broker, and building that career has been one of the things I’m most proud of. I’ve been blessed with years of awards, repeat clients, referrals and clients who have become friends. I’m also known to be a pretty tough negotiator when I need to be. 😉 And for anyone wondering — I’m not leaving real estate. I’m still listing homes, selling homes and taking care of my clients just as I always have.
Whiskey Wildflower is simply another piece of me.
I’ve always loved that place where western meets feminine — something rugged paired with something pretty, cowboy boots with a beautiful dress, denim and turquoise, fringe and lace. I wanted to create a boutique where women could find clothes that made them feel beautiful and confident while still feeling like themselves.

So if you’ve been following along wondering who this crazy woman is opening a western boutique in Branford… now you know a little more about me. 🤎
I’m excited to become part of this community, get to know all of you and finally open the doors to Whiskey Wildflower.
And if you come in and hear me talking about a cow, a chicken, a grandbaby, a house closing or something I’m baking… you’ll know you’re probably going to be here awhile. 😂
